DEAR PEOPLES OF THE WHOLE PLANET!


Our world is entering a new year 2023. We, the organization OOO “Electron Laboratory”, the Scientific School “Electron” and its academic Council, the administration and every member of our team, wholeheartedly congratulate the entire multinational people of the inhabitants of the Earth, all countries of the world, each of their citizens and representatives of states, dear veterans, all men and women, our wonderful youth with this a wonderful holiday. We wish you all health, happiness, peace and prosperity!








In 2022, we created OOO “Electron Laboratory” and the Electron Scientific School was created under it, and the international scientific journal “All Sciences” was organized at the Scientific School, which is published monthly to this day in cooperation with the Ridero publishing system. At the moment, 8 issues of the journal, 182 scientific and popular scientific articles have been published in all areas of human cognition. Also, 44 books have been published by the team of the Scientific School from August 2021 to the present, while each of them has been recognized since the foundation of the Scientific School and the organization OOO “Electron Laboratory” in May 2022.

Of these, one epic novel “The Constructor of Worlds”, in which 9 volumes were published; two one-volume novels; one collection of poems; two collections of essays; ten monographs; eight issues of the international scientific journal “All Sciences” in Russian; the first, sixth, seventh and eighth, in total four issues of the international scientific journal “All Sciences” – “All sciences” in English; one issue of the information magazine “Thinking and Creativity” in Russian; one issue of the information magazine “Tafakkur va izhod” in Uzbek; one textbook and four textbooks.

The number of members of the academic Council has increased from 20 to 37 people over the past six months, including doctors and candidates of sciences, professors and associate professors, and other representatives of the academic community. Close relationships have been established with such organizations as the Malaysian company “Clipper Energy” SND. BHD., the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, the D. V. Efremov Research Institute of Electrophysical Equipment, the A. A. Chechen State University. Kadyrov, Ingush State University, Ridero Publishing System (Publishing Solutions LLC), Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Khokimiyat of the Fergana Region, Khokimiyat of the city of Ferghana, Joint Stock Company of the Ferghana Enterprise of Territorial Electric Grids of the Ferghana Region and the City of Ferghana, National University of Uzbekistan, Institute of Nuclear Physics at the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Scientific Research Institute “Physics of Semiconductors and Microelectronics” at the National University of Uzbekistan, Ferghana State University, Ferghana Polytechnic Institute, Ferghana branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Unitary Enterprise “FarDU-Yashil Energy”, Joint Stock Company “Ferghana TPP”, Private Enterprise “Radioelectronics” and others.

In the new year 2023, it is planned to publish 12 subsequent issues of the international scientific journal “All Sciences” in Russian and English with at least 240 scientific articles; from the second to the fifth issues of the international scientific journal “All Sciences” in English; 6 subsequent issues, every two months, of the information journal “Thinking and Creativity” in Russian and Uzbek; 3 textbooks; 4 textbooks; about 10 monographs; 6 volumes of the epic novel “The Constructor of Worlds”; 6 additional one-volume novels; 1 collection of poems; 1 collection of essays.

It is planned to attract academicians, doctors and candidates of sciences, professors and associate professors, other members of the academic community from scientists of Uzbekistan and foreign scientific associations, academies, general education and research institutes, universities and others to the academic council, increasing the number of members of the academic council to 50 people.

It is also planned to establish contacts with such organizations as partners of the Malaysian company “Clipper Energy” SND. BHD., the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other universities and enterprises, reaching a new level in the international arena.

Thereby opening up new opportunities for all members, authors of scientific articles and other publications, our other partners new opportunities.

This thing can be clearly reflected on the example of the Chinese economy, which is being compared to a world factory by the turn of the 21st century.

In particular, such rare plants as Kholmon, shirach, sallagul, which are at risk of extinction, are included in the “Red Book"of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, the functioning of state reserves in our country, the biosphere reserve, the Ecomark “Gazelle”, which specializes in breeding rare animal species, is a clear indication of what kind of naturalist our people are. It is gratifying that the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan muhtaram Shavkat Mirziyoyev “on improving the system of Public Administration in the field of Ecology and environmental protection"is an important factor in the further development of noble efforts on the protection of the environment, rational use of Natural Resources. On the territory of the Russian Federation, one of the best organizations is becoming more and more popular every year- the Ridero Internet publishing house, which got its name from the translation from Italian of the phrase “I will laugh”, which fully emphasizes the whole process of creating a book with this wonderful publishing house, during which a happy smile will involuntarily appear on the face of any author or reader. And although today the organization is already actively cooperating with such giants as AliExpress, Ozon, Amazon, LitRes, Google Play, Bookmate, Wildberries and others, its popularity has not reached its peak, in particular on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. However, it is worth saying that Electron Laboratory, and in particular, the Electron Scientific School, is already actively taking various measures to popularize this publishing house.

Initially, the history of Ridero began on June 23, 2013, when work began on the creation of a publishing service with an initial budget of 4 million rubles. Officially, Ridero was launched on January 14, 2014 in Yekaterinburg and was founded by Alexander Kasyanenko, Alexey Kulakov and Alexander Ostapenko, where Alexander Krasnokutsky became CEO. The first published book was “The Legend of the Mountain-Fish” by Alexander Korotich on the same day.








On April 24 of the same year, Ridero books appeared on the shelves of famous online stores like Ozon, Google Play, Bookmate and Litres. Moreover, in October of the same year, Ridero took second place at the All-Russian competition of IT startups Web Ready Generations 2014 in the Seed (seed stage company) nomination. The development of this organization was already obvious at the beginning, because already in December of the same year, this amazing team managed to attract investments in the amount of 850 thousand US dollars, after which work began on entering the European markets – Ridero embarked on the right and bright path, giving joy to an increasing number of readers and authors. And on May 18, 2015, for the first time it became possible to display books on the shelves of another of the giants – the Amazon online store.

And already in July 2015, new representative offices were opened on the territory of the Russian Federation, Poland, Latvia and Germany. But it is worth saying that the technical component did not stand still and continued to improve, for example, in August 2015, English language support was added.

The following year, 2016, in February, Ridero proudly entered the top three startups of the year in the “Global Startup” nomination of the “Startup of the Year” award of the HSE Business Incubator, and the first PRO accounts with additional features appeared. October of this year was the month when the stand of the team from Russia appeared at the Frankfurt Book Fair, where a presentation was held in German and English. And if before that all the books were published in electronic form, then finally the first innovative technology “print on demand” appeared in March 2017, when each of the authors could order as many printed publications as his heart desired, at least two copies, at least a million, which was clearly one of the best advantages. By July 2017, Ridero was also recognized as the best in the “Media, Publishing Houses” category of the Runet Rating contest.

It is worth saying that a variety of awards are quite popular among writers, which every writer wants to receive as well as any scientist wants to become a Nobel laureate, which is why Ridero, perfectly understanding its authors, became a partner of the Lyceum Prize for the second time in February 2018, organizing an extensive competition, which was attended by over 2,500 young authors. But it’s worth giving another word to technology, because already in April 2018, a familiar application icon appeared in the Apple App Store and Google Play – for the first time, the Ridero Store appeared – a convenient service for reading books, which still continues to actively develop and improve its functionality.

And let the lovers of “live” books not be angry, because already in August of the same year thousands of Ridero books appeared on the shelves of “Read-city”, “Bukvoed” and the Moscow store on Tverskaya. Audiobook lovers can also rejoice, thanks to the start of their sales in Ridero in October 2018. Along with this, starting from February to April 2019, such features as the “Reader’s Price” and book chats appeared.

When the new year 2020 came, not only ordinary readers on Earth wanted to read Ridero books, but also high above it, in particular, airplane passengers, for whom special shelves with books by Ridero authors were organized. Moreover, as is known, another dream of any literary writer is to see his own story on the big screen performed by the best actors of our time from Leonardo DiCaprio and Benedict Cumberbatch to Robert Downey Jr. and Morgan Freeman, created by the best screenwriters, directors and producers. And it wouldn’t be Ridero if they didn’t provide such an opportunity for their favorite authors!

Yes, in fact, the “Screening” competition was created with the “Stardust Agency” in June 2020, which allows in reality to screen any work by the authors of Ridero – the winners of this competition! But more than that, Ridero provided so many opportunities, they also began to train their authors, thanks to the Mentor educational project, not only teaching, but also giving a new spirit of inspiration to create even better works.

And already at the beginning of 2021, sales began in the world’s largest online store AliExpress and on the site of the international online retailer Wildberries.

Speaking of the latest news, starting from August 2021, Ridero books began to develop on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the first book was the first volume of the epic novel “Constructor of Worlds”.

Technological design is also developing, so recently in 2022 the design of the site was changed, although this was a small detail, many readers, in particular in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, even liked the “inspired author” icon, which could be seen if there was no photo.

Today, according to statistics, more than 500,000 authors work with Ridero and more than 430,000 different books have been published, and thanks to the Ridero system, more than 40 different works by Uzbek authors from various parts of this state, from Tashkent and Samarkand, ending with Fergana and Margilan, where books published in Uzbekistan are becoming more and more popular. And of course, for this wonderful work, it is impossible not to thank all this huge team, in particular the founders – Alexander Kasyanenko, Alexander Kulakov and Alexander Ostapenko, as well as the leaders of Alexander Krasnokutsky and others. But especially, I would like to mention a few more persons personally, directly involved in contact with the authors.

Namely Natalia Mingaleva, each time sending, literally instantly, a message immediately after sending the book for moderation, with detailed explanations about the further process and the fate of the writer, playing the role of a kind of guide from the world of an ordinary person to another world of a real writer, where everyone so wants to get;

Polina Bynova, marketing director, who every time pleasantly notifies about the release of another book in the Ozon online store or gives pleasant marketing advice or always listens to any opinion with the help of a variety of questionnaires, which are quite pleasant to fill out, realizing that the opinion will be heard;

Anna Bessmertnaya, a lawyer who made such a sincere New Year’s promise to listen to each of the authors and proudly fulfilled her promise, which earned her deep gratitude and a low bow, providing not only support in terms of publication, but also a real psychological, motivational;

Maria Ryavina is the director of Ridero production, who almost always gives the most useful information about the creation of printed versions of publications, about where and how to place a new edition, and using which promotion and with what discount, which is very nice;

Ekaterina Shlyakhova is one of the best organizers in the world, always participating, it seemed, in all webinars, interviewing authors, asking literally the most necessary and necessary, moreover, sending pleasant kind letters to a variety of authors, for their spiritual support with the most interesting tips that she could only find and which of course bring not a little help and joy;

Evelina Logunova is the director of Unit Russia Ridero, who can be safely called the “organizer behind the curtain”, as many authors see her, this brave personality can always generate the most incredible project, while she herself prefers to watch with a smile the joy of millions, and maybe billions of other people;

Always active, it seems, never tired for anything, having superhuman productivity – employees and managers of the publication department, in particular, Eugene and Olga.

And of course the rest of the Ridero team – Maxim Karmatsky, Oksana Sizova, Tatiana Isakova, Evgenia Bakhturova, as well as such a cute main octopus of design – Lunar Prism, wise marketing philosophy director Mark Aurelius and such a belligerent Chairman of the censorship and pornography committee Dragon.

Alieva Ranohon Mukaramovna was born on September 6, 1938 in the city of Margilan, in the family of cinematographer, creator of the first cinema in the history of Uzbekistan Aliev Mukaram Rakhmonalievich, about whom it was told in one of the past dedications. Since childhood, Ranohon Mukaramovna loved to help people, tried to help everyone, which is why she chose this valiant profession of a nurse. In 1959, she successfully graduated from school, and then in 1962 she graduated from the medical school of the city of Margilan, becoming an operating nurse. For the first 15 years she worked in the surgical department of the Margilan City Hospital. Nurses have always occupied a special position in the social group of medical workers, embodying the ideals of mercy, compassion, and assistance to everyone in need. A nurse should have increasingly complex medical, pedagogical, psychological, technical knowledge and skills, which Ranokhon Mukaramovna certainly possessed.

She often participated in the most diverse and extremely complex operations of that time, at a time when medicine was not yet developed, there were glass syringes, old autoclaves and there was not enough medical experience gained over time over the entire XX century. Among the complex operations, it is possible to note the operation on the heart, lungs, gastrointestinal system. It is mentioned that when a famous doctor from Fergana came to the surgical department to perform a complex operation among all the assistants, the chief doctor of the hospital proposed the candidacy of Ranokhon Mukaramovna, then he was surprised at the small growth of the nurse, for whom a miniature ladder was specially placed and it was thanks to her help that the patient with severe complications survived.
